Clear prices. Two ways to purchase.

CHANNEL partners buy products from HKAIIFF CHANNEL and sell them to their own customers. Customers pay the partner directly through an approved payment method; the partner settles with CHANNEL from prepaid funds or from licences bought in advance. Partner purchase prices are set per product, tier and currency and are shown after sign-in.

Prepaid funds

  • Top up a purchasing account in one of six currencies.
  • When you confirm a customer order, the purchase amount is reserved from your available balance and settled once the product platform confirms delivery.
  • If delivery is explicitly declined, the reservation is released. If the result is unknown, it stays reserved until CHANNEL reconciles it, so nothing is delivered twice.
  • Unused, unreserved prepaid funds can be refunded after reconciliation when a partnership ends.

Bulk licences

  • Buy a quantity of one product in advance at its bulk price, above the minimum quantity shown before purchase.
  • Each purchase becomes a licence lot with its own quantity, unit price, price version and terms version. Lots are used first-in, first-out.
  • A licence is a purchased product, not a refundable deposit: it stays in your inventory and is not converted to cash when plans change.
  • Each order uses one settlement method: prepaid or licence, never both.

Six currencies, separate accounts

USD is the default currency. HKD, EUR, GBP, SGD and JPY are available as independent price lists and accounts. Balances are not converted between currencies, and JPY amounts are whole numbers. Security deposits, where a tier requires one, are recorded separately and are not used for purchasing.

How partner prices are set

  • Each sellable product has a specific price per tier and currency: a prepaid unit price, a bulk unit price and a minimum bulk quantity. Prices are not derived from a discount formula.
  • Every price change creates a new version; your order keeps the price quoted when it was created. A bulk purchase quotes its price version, and the server rejects the purchase if the price changed in the meantime.
  • CHANNEL publishes a suggested retail price for each product; you set the retail price on your own partner page.

Renewals and terms

  • Annual products renew for twelve calendar months from the later of the current expiry date and the renewal date.
  • Renewals require the customer’s consent, your confirmation and a delivery result, like any order.
  • Partner terms, price lists and product terms carry version numbers; an order records the versions that applied when it was created.

Common questions about pricing

Are prices public?

Reference list prices and CHANNEL’s suggested retail prices are public. Partner purchase prices by tier are shown after sign-in and in the price list you receive on approval.

Can I set my own retail price?

Yes. Your partner page shows your retail price for each product you are enabled to sell. CHANNEL records its suggested retail price separately.

How do I pay CHANNEL?

Top-ups and bulk purchases are paid to HKAIIFF CHANNEL by bank transfer or an online payment method made available in your account. A transfer is credited after CHANNEL confirms receipt; an uploaded receipt is not proof of funds received.

Do my customers pay CHANNEL?

No. Customers pay you through a payment method CHANNEL has approved for your business. You issue invoices, provide customer service and handle retail refunds.
