From application to renewal.

   Apply

   Sign in with your email and submit the application: legal name, region, contact details, the tier you are aiming for, your website or portfolio and a description of who you serve.

   • A business registration document can be attached.
   • The application page lists what to prepare.
2. 02

   Review and approval

   CHANNEL reviews the application. On approval you receive your partner identity, an authorisation number and a validity period, and your account switches to the partner view.

   • Approval is recorded in your account and in the partner directory.
3. 03

   Set up your partner page and payment methods

   Configure your partner page at hkaiiff.channel/p/your-name: name, logo, description, region, service hours and contact. Submit the payment methods your customers will use.

   • Each new or changed payment method is reviewed by CHANNEL before customers see it; the previously approved version stays in effect until then.
   • A one-time payment link must be bound to a specific order and is reviewed individually.
4. 04

   Fund your account or buy licences

   Top up prepaid funds in your working currency, or buy bulk licences for the products you expect to sell.

   • Top-ups are credited after CHANNEL confirms receipt.
   • Bulk purchases quote the current price version and minimum quantity.
5. 05

   Customers order

   A customer signs in with their own account on your partner page, chooses a product and submits an order with their consent and the quoted retail price. You can also create an order for a registered customer; it waits until the customer claims it.

   • Submitting an order does not mean payment or activation.
   • The customer’s business always belongs to the customer’s account.
6. 06

   Confirm and deliver

   After you confirm the retail payment, you confirm the order and choose the settlement method. CHANNEL reserves the funds or licence and sends the delivery task to the product platform.

   • The product platform confirms by signed callback. Success settles the reservation; an explicit failure releases it; an unknown result waits for reconciliation.
   • If the platform is not yet connected, the task stays pending and is never faked as successful.
7. 07

   Customers use the product

   Customers manage INDEX at hkaiiff.io and NODE at aif.market. Their CHANNEL account shows orders, progress, retail payment details, the management link and the service period.

   • Management links must belong to the configured product platforms.
8. 08

   Renew and grow

   Annual services renew for twelve months from the later of expiry and renewal date, with the customer’s consent and your confirmation. Expiry reminders are sent thirty days ahead.

   • Tier reviews consider purchasing volume and service record.

Who does what

When a partnership ends

• Access to the partner account and interfaces is withdrawn; applications not yet in delivery are cancelled.
• Customers’ delivered services continue, including their management links and service periods.
• Unused, unreserved prepaid funds can be refunded after reconciliation. Licences remain purchased products in the ledger and are handled under the agreement; they are not automatically converted to cash.
• Mandatory legal remedies are not excluded.
