What is refundable, what renews, and who handles it.
This page summarises the partner terms in plain language. Where the two differ, the partner terms apply.
Prepaid funds
Prepaid funds remain the partner's money until an order is confirmed. Unused funds can be refunded on request to the originating account after headquarters review, less any amounts reserved for orders in progress.
Bulk licence lots
Licence lots are sold at the lowest partner price precisely because they are committed purchases. They are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for prepaid funds, but they have no expiry within the partner's active authorisation.
Customer payments
Customers pay partners directly. Refunds to customers are a matter between the customer and the partner under the partner's own published terms, which must be at least as protective as the product platforms' consumer rules.
Failed provisioning
If a product platform confirms that a service could not be created, the reserved funds or licence are released back to the partner automatically. Nothing is charged for a service that does not exist.
Annual renewals
Annual products run for twelve months from fulfilment. Renewal is a separate order placed by the partner before or after expiry; a renewal extends the service by twelve months from the later of the current expiry date and the renewal date. Reminders are sent to the customer and shown in the partner workspace thirty days before expiry.
Disputes and chargebacks
Card payments made to headquarters through the secure payment page are protected by the card network. A dispute on such a payment pauses further spending on the partner account until it is resolved; services already delivered to customers are never withdrawn because of a partner dispute.
