Four partner identities. One standard of service.
Every CHANNEL partner holds one of four identities: Authorized, Silver, Gold or Core. The identity appears on your partner page, in the partner directory and on your authorisation record. Tiers are cooperation levels, not a recruitment hierarchy: there is no downline income and no commission on other partners.

- Each tier has its own price list per product and currency. A higher tier is not automatically cheaper for every product; CHANNEL sets each list.
- The entry prepayment and any security deposit for each tier are stated in your approval notice and in the price list you receive.
- Tier identity marks are issued by CHANNEL and may only be used as described in the brand guidelines.
How tiers change
CHANNEL reviews a partner’s tier against purchasing volume, service record and cooperation plans. Changes are confirmed in writing and take effect with a new price list version. An identity can also be withdrawn when a partnership ends; customers’ delivered services continue regardless.
