Using the partner identity.
These guidelines describe how CHANNEL partners may present their partnership. They complement the partner terms; where the two differ, the partner terms and your agreement prevail.
You may
- Display the HKAIIFF CHANNEL identity mark for your current tier on your website, partner page, proposals and printed material, in the forms supplied by CHANNEL.
- Describe your business as an HKAIIFF CHANNEL Authorized, Silver, Gold or Core Partner.
- Quote the official product descriptions, list prices and published evidence with their sources.
- Offer INDEX and NODE together with your own services under your own brand.
You may not
- Describe yourself as the official, exclusive, sole or regional agent of HKAIIFF, INDEX, AIF or the festival.
- Register or operate domains, social accounts, official accounts or company names containing HKAIIFF, INDEX, AIF or the festival’s name in any language.
- Alter the identity marks, combine them with your logo into a single mark, or show a tier you do not hold.
- Promise that an INDEX record proves ownership, or guarantees festival selection, awards, income or distribution.
- Present CHANNEL as collecting your customers’ payments, or present your payment methods as CHANNEL’s.
You must
- Show your legal name and your CHANNEL authorisation number on your partner page and in sales documents.
- Keep your contact details, payment methods and partner page current.
- Stop using the identity marks when your partnership ends or your tier changes, and update your materials.
Identity marks
Marks are supplied by CHANNEL as SVG and PNG files in light and dark versions, with Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English wording. Keep the clear space supplied with the files and do not recolour them.
