Official domains
hkaiiff.channel (partner programme), hkaiiff.io (HKAIIFF INDEX), aif.market (AIF NODE) and hkaiiff.org (the festival). Any other domain presenting itself as HKAIIFF CHANNEL, or asking for payment on our behalf, is not ours.
How to verify a partner
Use the partner lookup or the verification page on hkaiiff.channel with the business name, partner page or authorisation number. A result shows the partner's tier, authorisation number and validity date. If nothing is found, the business is not an authorised partner.
What partners may say
Authorised partners may describe themselves with the tier mark issued to them, link to their partner page and sell at prices of their own. They may not present themselves as HKAIIFF, as the festival, as the product platforms, or as an exclusive or sole representative unless a written agreement says so.
Payments
Customers pay partners directly using the payment methods shown on the partner's page on hkaiiff.channel. Headquarters never asks customers for payment through chat messages, personal accounts or links sent by third parties.
Marks and materials
The HKAIIFF CHANNEL name, partner marks and brand assets remain the property of Hong Kong AI International Film Festival Limited and are used by partners under the partner terms and brand guidelines.
Report impersonation
If a business claims partner status that this site cannot confirm, or you received a payment request that does not match a partner page, write to channel@hkaiiff.org with the name, website or message you received. Reports are handled by headquarters and the reporter is not disclosed to the party concerned.
